I've seen at least four styles of these guys. More Masters of the Universe knock off toys! This guy is made of solid vinyl and based of of the character Dragoon from the Galaxy Warriors line...or was it Galaxy Fighters? Bah! I even always forget! Anyway, this guy and his ilk seem to have once had a string or cord through their heads to hang or dangle. So, they were kinda like hard jigglers? Oh, a jiggler is a type of rubbery toy...could be anything made of rubber. Often came with a string or elastic cord to...uh...jiggle by bouncing or what have you. This guy is kinda hard...wouldn't want to swing this baby around! You could put and eye out!
